Short version: we use what you send us to answer your enquiry, and nothing else.

What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, the product you asked about, and your message. We do not ask for identification numbers, addresses or payment details on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. Submitting the form is your consent for us to contact you about it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who sees it
Us. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Messages are delivered to our own email inbox; the only third parties involved are the mail and hosting providers that carry the message.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for supporting your build or your speakers, and is deleted when it no longer serves that purpose. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights under the PDPA
- Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it has been used
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you
- Ask us to delete what we hold
Email info@artisanacoustics.net and we will action it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer answer an open enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. If website analytics is enabled it is used only to count page views and understand which pages are useful. No personal data from the enquiry form is passed to it.
